Plug it into the motherboard slot and see if its something to do with the video card

It doesn't even show the bios setup screen?
Just turns on, blank monitor? Are the fans on the gpu running? Is it seated properly? Are the power cables snapped in securely

ive got a broken leg and am low on blood. i was server hopping in the supermarket in zelen, and did it twice then when i tried it again it dropped me about a mile from the market in the middle of a field and broke my leg i crawled back to the supermarket and server hopped a couple more times when it did it again 
only this time it dropped me about 2 miles north west of sosnovka maybe they have patched the server hopping trick? 
spent at least an hour crawling all the way back to the supermarket in zelen, where i logged out and am bout to go hit up the gym, be back on about 8. hope one of you can hook me up with some morphine and blood at some point. berge got on for the first time after dying last night and he spawned close to cherno so he hit up the hospital there to look for medical supplies with no luck before he had to get off.

I server hopped about 5 times where a bicycle spawn is without being moved.
