Shitty weekend of PUBG again, mostly due to no sleep and hangovers.
I streamed for a bit on Saturday after a 5 hour delay of reinstalling Windows and all my streaming software. My stream quality was fine but I was getting 60fps in game, that shite is aids.

I cant figure out why. I'm getting 120-140 without streaming. I understand a dip, but thats insane. And its with a complete new windows install and all new software

No idea. Gotta get this streaming stuff figured out, everything I look at is talking about 60fps for the stream, I cant find shite about 60fps in game. And no its not capped in game
