No problem. 
When you log in on your ps3, just go to callsign and you should show new titles and emblems available.
The Camo will be listed below all the other camo's in create a class as Winter.

FWIW it looks like double XP is live for everyone who signed up for elite. just logged in and have a yellow "xp" balloon near my emblem/clan tag. this should make presaging a bit easier :)

Played about an hour and half of my two hours of 2X XP last night.
