I like Cait. Strong Champ. But for whatever reason, since I've started playing Varus, she seems "slow" (not even sure what I mean, it just feels that way).
Varus has become my new favorite ADC. Strong poke, added basic attack damage with blight passive, an aoe/slow, and his ultimate is a great initiator.
I think I will try to play Vayne next.

Vayne is so stronk late game. her early game is fairly weak but not too hard to work around with a good support. But laning against Caitlyn as Vayne is a real pain in the arse, she outranges Vayne so hard.

Yeah Cait's range can be annoying. I like Champs that counter Draven...because frick that guy.
On a different note, Lux and Leona are on sale, along with an MF and Lux skin. So much RP will be spent this weekend.

Were you around before Draven's passive got changed? His bleed was so awesome. The new passive is better than I thought it was but I still miss the bleed. he had so much poke.. Q -> autoattack enemy champ and run away to catch the axe without taking damage, let em bleed, repeat until they have to b. Total lane bully.

I started playing around March of this year. Didn't really know what I was doing until about 2 months ago.
All I know is this, I play almost exclusively bot lane (nearly always ADC), and anytime I laned against him, I wanted to light small children on fire. A few axes, and you had to go uber conservative to keep from dying.
Now that I've started playing Varus and Cait, Draven can go eff himself.
I own pretty much every ADC but I refuse to ever buy him. I hate him that much.

What are your early game items? If you're starting Doran's you're doing it wrong, especially on Vayne and Varus. Any ADC that you need to rush BOTRK on, start sword + 2pots

dorans is alright if you have life steal quints (which he 99% probably doesn't)
the extra hp really helps from getting bursted in some lanes.
you'll also lose every trade against someone with dorans/ls quints

That's why I edited to specify especially on champs that you rush BOTRK on. Vayne, for example. Before BOTRK she is pretty weak. After BOTRK, she's pretty stronk.

I replied before I saw your edit.
I still like dorans on vayne in lane, especially against really aggressive lanes, the 80 hp buffer is nice.

I rather get to BOTRK that much faster. But as always it comes down to play style. I'm not very aggressive on ADC. I only go in if they are way out of position. I try to farm and avoid trades.

I'm getting better at Riven. Carried a game with Riven jungle in ranked yesterday. I think I was something like 8/4/15. Her chasing/kiting ability is amazing. Plus dat stun.
She's also not a very frustrating champ early. And by that I mean she doesn't really have a weak phase in the game. She has one of the strongest level 2 in the game. But she also snowballs ridiculously hard. In short, it's not hard to get ahead, and when you get ahead, it snowballs. Pretty fun champ.
Where I was going wrong before was I wasn't being aggressive enough early. Especially at level 2. Most people underestimate her damage early and don't run away when I Q. So I get a full combo off, get them down to about 2/3 health, then farm and as soon as I hit lvl 2, start Q to get closer, stun, finish Q, auto 1-2 times, ignite. First blood. It's almost automatic.

Riot has released the percentiles for players in each division.
Anyone that tells you Silver is bad, while mechanically behind, technically they are wrong.
57% of the worldwide League of Legends community are in Bronze 1 or lower. If you are in Silver 5, you're in the top 43% of players.
This stat also proves NA's recent leapfrog over EU in terms of talent and ability.
Only 37% of the NA server is in bronze. While 44% is in silver. 12% in Gold, 3% in Platinum, and 1% in Diamond.
Compared to EU West: 40% Bronze, 42% Silver, 11% Gold, 3% Plat, 1% Diamond
and EU East: 41% Bronze, 42% Silver, 11% Gold, 3% Plat, 1% Diamond.
Take into account the servers that aren't accounted for, which are even further behind than EU, (Latino server, Oceanic, etc. etc.) and you can start feeling pretty good about yourself being in Silver. Even in Silver 5, you're a better player than over half of the community on any server.

So I tweaked my Jungle Jarvan build and so far, it's much more successful. I love Jarvan so much.
What I was doing before:
Start: Machete + 5pot
1st back: Jungle orb + 1boots + 3pots
2nd back: Longsword + 2wards + 3pots
3rd back: Brutalizer + 2wards + 2boot
4th back: Golem fists
This early build worked REALLY well if I got a couple of good ganks and snowballed a little. But, if I got counterjungled or lanes are pushed and I couldn't get good ganks, I got screwed hard and sometimes fed.
What I do now:
Start: Machete + 5pots
1st back: orb + 1boots +3pots
2nd back: health crystal + 2wards +3pots
3rd back: Golem fists + long sword + 2 wards
4th back: Brutalizer + 2boots
I basically rush the golem fists for the extra tankiness rather than brutalizer for the damage. I'm finding that J4 still does enough damage early on without brutalizer, but come mid game he needs to have at least brutalizer. I'm finding that this works so well that most of the time I can go ahead and buy black cleaver outright because I'm fed or have a ton of assists. The rest of the build is highly situational; I find myself asking are they have on AP or AD? If they're pretty even, then who's most fed? What kind of damage do I need to mitigate most? If AP, rush Hexdrinker + an hp item.. If AD, Warden's Mail. If they're well balanced, aegis. Then I reassess who's doing the most damage on their end and build from there, either completing what I started (most common, because I build off of who's most fed and typically fed players stay fed) or starting another tanky damage item like frozen mallet or Atma's.

I am the 1%
I am only level 25 at the moment, so I only have 2 lifesteal quints.
I initially was doing doran's when I first started. I then moved over to sword and 2 pots to get to my BORK/BT more quickly (or at least scepter). I found that I preferred the doran's for sustain though. When playing as champs with heavy poke, I tend to be more aggressive. Not necessarily going for the kill, but definitely zoning their ADC out of farming range. Because of this, I went back to starting doran's. I feel I my play is much better with that start.

I'm kicking some arse with Caitlyn.

Her range is great. Her ultimate is awesome as well (except when teams are smart enough to step in front of it to save a teammate. Traps are great for zoning early (and for slowing down people chasing you).
I like her Soviet Russia-looking skin.

As you level up and get into higher level play, her ult becomes damn near useless, imo. You'll be lucky to get one, maybe 2 kills a game with it as enemies run away. Tanks jump in front of it. Other than that, I agree 100%. Cait's a good champ.

Me and bubba just had a Mundo support and Lee Sin jungle counter-jungle so hard the enemy cho gath didn't get a buff until 18 minutes and was 1-8. Was hilarious.

It's so annoying to get counter jungled like that.
