I like how they are making it cheaper because they couldn’t make it as unique as the other ultimate skins. Seems like a nice compromise.

All I care about are those Kayn buffs. My favorite champ, so fun to play.
His pre-15ish minutes part of the game is so bad until you can transform so they're reducing the time it takes to transform in half basically.
Then buffing his ult damage too by 15% on the ad ratio and 25 flat ad.

AD Thresh is fun as hell and has that massive "burst" with his E passive and crit build.
Problem is two of his abilities are useless later since if you are Q'ing or E'ing an enemy, you aren't auto attacking.
Might get you out of a jam every now and again, but for DPS, any of the standard ADC's seem better to me.

Kayn seems like one of those champions that if you know how to play him, he's OP...if you don't, he sucks.
So pretty much buffing him makes him even more broken and makes zero difference for people who can't play him anyway.
