8.6 patch notes are out.
duskblade nerfed
champs who use duskblade buffed
also some flat buffs:
kaisa buffed (yikes!)
lee sin buffed
lucian buffed
quinn buffed
rakan buffed
xayah rakan W interaction nerfed (deadly plumage)
new support item
abyssal mask range nerfed
seraphs embrace nerfed
new bruiser runestone
lot of other stuff. I look forward to trying rakan even if xayah is banned

Is Ryze bugged? I thought I was just having an off night missing so many of his Q's. I'm usually pretty solid on skill shots. Watching replays of deaths and I see a lot of Q's flying 90 degrees away from where my cursor was pointed

I've been playing a lot of Ryze lately.
It's funny that you say that, because every now and then I'll see a Q fly the wrong way, and just say to myself "man I'm bad" thinking I just moved the cursor away before I actually hit the key.
I haven't seen anything on him being bugged, but would be funny if it was just a coincidence.

Yea I watched the replays in slow mo to make absolutely sure. 90 degrees off from where my cursor was

maybe shaco will be next. he is out of control
cool patch. I expect some meta shifts with the ignite/heal adjustments, rageblade adjustment, new ap support movespeed item, seraphs embrace nerf.
plus runestone adjustments and conqueror runestone

When most mages were building it in high elo, you know it was busted.
I'm no Orianna main or anything, but I don't remember her ever going a tear build until the last few patches.

Haven't played a shaco in the new patch. Riot, please nerf him before I do run into him.. Shaco tilts me like no other champ.

My favorite part about his kit, is the fact that you want the enemy mid laner to roam. It's a free tower.

his Q (deceive) does absurd damage now.
basically if he is ahead, has an item or two, he can walk up and 1 shot (Q-AA-E) a squishy from invis, over a wall
then if you try to chase and seek revenge for your fallen adc/soraka, his trap of invisible fearing boxes are always waiting
so basically the same shite as before, just now with even more frontloaded damage from invis

all that, plus he is small and hard to see.
if he is far ahead enough to build liandries, or even just a haunting guise, im fairly sure he can remain "in combat" by Qing or setting his E trap. Then after 5-10 seconds the liandries passive kicks in, and if ludens proc is up, he drops the Mega Inferno Bomb for MASSIVE damage.
im still trying to figure out who new Liandries is most oppressive on beside Swain. being in combat for 5 seconds for a mage is a pretty long time. Vlad too
