I know most of you guys hate racing but an hour or so of solid racing stacks money and RP at a pretty ridiculous rate if you finish top 2.

do the titan mission. while your teammates bring the titan to the checkpoint. get Merryweather to chase you around the airport. kill them and take their jeep. make sure you are in the jeep when the mission concludes. go to free roam and voila. new jeep.

Yeah but you can't purchase GTA money right now (at least on 360) but you will in the future.

That is one way. Another way is if some a-hole calls Merryweather to bring hitmen after you then you just kill them (they are easy) and steal their jeep. I had 3 different jeeps roll up on me and I took one.
