I figured out last night that after you buy a garage, you get a mechanic. You can call the mechanic to deliver you vehicle to you. I always hated that when I stole another car, I had to go all the way back to my personal vehicle. Also, I sold a car to the paint shop last night, but it only let me sell one. Is there a time limit between sales? I made $7,000 off of it.

One other thing I should have mentioned, access to the Assault rifle will make this much easier, we may be able to make due if we all have the SMG.
The Assault rifle I think is available at level 24, the SMG is available at 11.
I am not saying these are absolutely needed, but if you don't have access to them I hope you are a fricking bad arse at this game, and if you dont have these weapons, playing the survival several times will rank you up fast enough to get there.
After the tactic we used last night, if all 2-4 of you have assault rifles, you probably won't be touched.

I picked up an Assault Rifle last night but it only has nine rounds in it. I wish I could at least purchase rounds

I bashed the LTS last night, but I was on a team of 3 vs a team of 4 and we won in like 3 minutes over in the Hollywood backlot. All I did was climb to the very top of the damn level, wait, and then bust the last cap in a guys arse. 3 minutes, one shot and I got over 900 RP. 
Also had 16 people in a deathmatch on top of Rockford Plaza. NEVER AGAIN

I was able to save up enough last night to buy an apartment. It's
10 car garage. Need to spend some money upgrading my car tho. I got engine lvl 2 and turbo in that bitch now.
