fricking Rockstar can eat a dick. They totally have screwed the pooch on this online release. I'm finally able to play. I played a little yesterday and today my characters are deleted so I have to sit through the damn opening scene again and do the stupid race tutorial.

I'm pissed as well.
it's straight bullshite that people are getting their characters deleted while others are having no problems.
if R* wants to make this right, they will make everyone start at 0 once they fix this shite. higher level players already have a huge advantage and we get shite on by GTA deleting our progress.

it really is frustrating. it's a bit of a grind to unlock shite, and I just keep getting further and further behind

I don't know if it matters but I didn't play online yesterday so maybe the people who have been playing a lot have better chances at keeping their characters

but I doubt they would do that or they would piss more people off

it's almost not even worth playing until they get it fixed.
this will be the third time I have to create a new character and go through the intro again.
I can't even play online right now anyway cause it says the cloud servers are unavailable

yeah, they would get a lot more people pissed off at them. besides, those people that are like level 100 already don't have a life anyway so they can just play all day and get it back.

well, if it makes you feel any better for some odd reason, my rank has been reset, i've lost all my guns, but i still have my $50,000 dollars that I had with my other character
i mean, i'm still pissed about having to rank back up, but at least i didn't lose my money

Has anyone noticed since the patch the missions don't pay shite? It's hard enough saving, and then you have to go through a mission where you spend $500 on ammo and armor to only get paid $1500.
