Comes out next year.
I've always liked when games get licensing from real firearm/accessory manufacturers. It's something I've always though CoD lacked. However, I'm not exactly sure what kind of game this is trying to be.
From the trailer and screenshots, I was able to quickly spot:
Daniel Defense RIS II Quadrails
Daniel Defense RIS II M4A1
Colt M4A1
EOTech HWS
Geissele URGI Rails
Magpul Magazines
B5 Systems SOPMOD Stocks
Surefire Scout Lights
Trijicon ACOGs
Some of you military guys might be able to spot more items.

All the Tarkov people are eying it, I'm optimistic. It's supposed to be a Tarkov-esque looter extract on a DayZ sized map.

from what i'm hearing on youtube is that it's Tarkov/Ghost Recon: Wildlands/Breakpoint.

An extremely large map that could potentially take hours to traverse that you can loot and engage in PvP and PvE, with the option to extract back to base with your loot and gear
does that make sense?
Different than tarkov bc the maps are exponentially larger
different from DayZ bc you can extract and keep your gear/loot if you survive

I think the map is supposed to stay "alive" or persistent at all times, but I don't think you will be able to respawn in the traditional sense. Great question though, curious to see how they approach it.

Yea, I had to google it lol but I think DMZ is the COD take on Tarkov, loot and extract. So very similar on a much larger scale.

Kinda one of the reasons I don't play Warzone. You run around for 5-7 minutes collecting stuff only to get snuck up from behind and smoked. Boom, have to start a whole new match.
I can't imagine crossing a map for a hour to do a mission only to have another squad stumble upon you and kill your team. Sounds frustrating.

Then I wish you luck. I don't think I want to torture myself.
At least with COD multiplayer, I can die 25 times to a grenade launcher but come back 26. (although I acknowledge that some may find this tortuous).
