MS is doing an event tomorrow that will be live streamed at 11AM (CST).

Apparently the rapture game will not be on pc like it was rumored to me, just ps4.

Just added its trailer to the OP. The rapture game, Rime, Shadow of the Beast, and Resagun are all exclusives (although, I think Rime will be on Vita too). They're partnerships with popular indie devs and are being paid for by Sony.

Is that better or worse? I'd think worse because you're actually competing against other people. Would suck to lose because someone paid some cash so they'd have an unfair advantage in the game.

I don't know honestly. I'm primarily a single player guy so it means nothing to me. It's just a detail that may factor in for some people.

It sounds super similar to what people can do with Ultimate Team. I know it was no fun playing UT whenever I was starting out and the other guy has a bought team that was just exponentially better than mine.

I don't think you play against other people in Multiplayer. It is more of a coop mode. I watched a video on it the other day.
I was really against this game when it looked all QTE, but from reading all of the articles coming out of Gamescom I am starting to feel a lot better about it.
The whole anti-micro transaction idea of the internet is so childish. Oh those evil companies trying to make money.

I don't care about making money part, especially if you're able to unlock everything without paying for it (putting parts of the game and features behind a paywall). Paying to win is just lame though.

This could be naive, but I thought they took a lot of the criticism about the QTEs and tried to make the game more interactive.
