i found tal weapon in a2 nm. i have next to no mf so i was pretty shocked. i'm going to eventually make a sorc but i'm running summon necro with awful gear atm

So far I've found an Ohm, Mal, 2 Um's, and a Pul. Some other random ok items that I've just given away to people.
What level is everyone at? I'm at 81.

Got the pally a few lvls last night. Still in act 1 I guess.?. Got a really cool ring that Regens my mana after every kill(or hit?)with some other strength and attack buffs. Helps me spam pray/cleansing.
I’ll go on search for a better weapon tonight.

i'm a newb playing in the most newb way.
using skill and character points to build up vitality and strength ratings with fireballs, firewall, hydras and teleport while hiding 30 yards behind my buddies wall of 8 skeletons while he runs a necro.
i don't even bother with loot anymore. everything i get is trash. i did get lucky with a ring that give 84+ mana. i have to rely on another buddy to come in an drop his scraps if i'm lucky. i've quite a bit of runes (at least i think i do), but not socketed items to put them in. at least not yet.
currently on Act 1 NM.

Act 3. I isolated from the world Friday and slow crawl the maps.
Learned more about runewords and realized I've been an idiot just stashing them the whole time..

Same on Sunday almost made it to act 2 but chose to try a new class.

Had to refarm all my gear again after losing everything in the maggot lair.
Basically, if you die, don’t equip anything when trying to get your corpse. If you die a second time, with equipment, don’t leave the game.
Only one corpse will be there when you get back. Apparently it keeps the most expensive set of equipment so that staff of tp on the 2nd corpse was worth more than my gear bc of all the charges.

The oldest corpse on the ground is the one that ends up in a new game. So if you die multiple times and pick up your corpse with gear on it and you die again, a corpse with no gear will be the one to spawn in a new game.
My rule of thumb is, if I die 3+ times, it's usually time to just exit and start a new game.

If i die some place where its extremely difficult to get body i just leave and re enter the game real fast. Body is there as soon as you enter and the map is still there along with the damage to monsters

if you create a game and password. leave and re enter quickly your body is there as soon as you load in. Im pretty sure damage is as well. I did this with diablo nightmare
