I've been locked out of multi-player since 2:30 eastern. I accidentally Alt F4 and when I try to join a game it says my character is already in a game on the server. I made another toon and tried to join a game but it just says join failed. I guess I'm gonna ha e to play SP only today.
Hopefully they do another server restart soon to fix it. Otherwise at this point I think I'm boned.

sure am glad i have work today and tomorrow. hopefully by tomorrow night this is ironed out because i have the green light to play as much as i want

Fissure druid is really strong early on but slows down in A4, probably want to respect wind at that point.
Summon necro is a good newbie build gives you a nice meat shield but can be slow until you get some skeletons and a couple points in corpse explosion to amp up the radius.
Pally and Sorc are both really strong choices but sorc is the definition of glass cannon.
Trap assassin and Charge strike/lightning fury zon are bothe really good early on until you hit lightning immune.
Really any character has an S tier build. Barb is my least favorite as it's more of a support build, or if you go zerker it requires a decent amount of gear.
This is a really good guide for starting builds. If you hear something that sounds interesting he also has a build guide for all the specs in the YouTube channel.

Made it to act 2 boys. The group Im playing with wont be on until 6ish tonight so im leveling a pally now and will play a sorc with them. Was able to actually farm the countess a few times and got a few early game runewords made
Seeing D2 with the new graphics is awesome. The tristram portal lightning I thought was sick.
ETA: Realm going down in 10 minutes, hopefully this fix actually works.

haha i forgot to buy stamina pots, kept running out of stamina and had to hit R and walk to build it back up

Nah mine has been blank 2x today and it came back eventually, granted I wasn't able to join any games because it thought I was still in a game.

It’s amazing to me that this happens on every game launch. I mean you would think gaming companies would know how to handle launches by now
