you should be able to find a "level 58-60" weapon with the minus level req for use at the very beginning of hell (also an offhand) and then just use a decent amount of defensive abilities and you should be fine.

what can you guys tell me about the hardcore mode? i guess it's in a PvP mode?

Hardcore mode is when your character only has one life. When you die that character can never be played again. There is hardcore PvP which is literally a battle to the death.

i seen a fourth dungeon one time, but didnt try it seeing as i had already defeated the skeleton king
but ive noticed you can reset the environment if you keep going back to your last checkpoint at the town or just as you come through the gate in the cemetery. keep resetting till you get the 4 dungeons ftw.
