I dropped down to 27 after equipping my new exotic chest piece but the perks are so damn good, it's hard not to use it just for the sake of being 28.
I mean, more auto rifle and special weapon ammo (coupled with other armor and weapon perks of the same= OG)
Ability to revive players extremely fast as well as able to be revived extremely fast AND create more orbs of light when using my super. This perk will be fricking legit as frick coupled with the fact by Titan bubble shield produces orbs of light every time an enemy shoots at it AND with my Exotic Machine Gun (Thunderlord) which creates orbs of light after a kill with the MG.
It also increased my Intellect up to 95% effectiveness and will allow me to use by bubble shield more often.

Know what game doesn't tell you about items? Final Fantasy 1, that game didn't tell you shite. You would pick up weapons and not be able to compare stats, I thought games had progressed since then.

Rare engrams will have an increased chance to produce Legendary quality items
Activity Changes
Daily Heroics, Weekly Heroics, and Vanguard: Tiger Playlist activities will include Rare and Legendary Engrams in addition to their existing rewards
Item Changes
Ascendant materials have been promoted to Legendary to closer associate them with the gear they are used to upgrade
Legendary Engram items that exist in your inventory will be demoted to Rare quality when the patch goes live, so decode them while you can. But let’s be honest--even if you don’t, we all know they were blues already...

I have a full set of legendary and my two exotics that I am allowed to have and I have only ben playing for 8 days or so.

He means everyone will be running around with purples before long. Unless they nerf the drop rate on legendaries. Or they start making tiered legendary items where you have basic legendary then "epic" legendaries that can only be gotten with rep, raid bosses, etc. From what I've seen all legendary items are pretty equal as far as base defense/attack
