must be something like that, guess I've just been pretty lucky. Have to complete 25 strikes for this one, going to take forever. Still working on dissembling 10 rare fusion rifles for my other one.

What's with the post office fan at the tower?
If u got to the balcony on side the post office, their is a activate fan button and if someone is standing on the fan located on top of the post office, it propels them upward.

Ok noob question but if an engram or other item drops....on patrol or on a strike, is it up for grabs? Whoever picks up first or is it specific to me?
