Couple questions from that video. First, what does Time's Vengeance do and why is it important? Second, why the urgency to stop the supplicants from getting up those steps?

Times vengeance gives a 30 second damage buff (increases damage output).

Supplicants in tVOG will explode as soon as they get near you and is an almost certain death. They spawn near the gates are also an extreme nuisance and need to be taken out before those who were teleported come out with the relic because if any are near the gate when anyone comes out they will explode. There are no revives on hard mode in the VOG and you won't be revived unless you clear that checkpoint. You can revive a teammate after 30 seconds on normal mode.

Bungie just tweeted this:
Bungie confirmed a couple days ago that the long awaited Exotic weapon buffs will come before the release of the dark below expansion on 12/9. This update may be just that. Hopefully it is the exotic weapons buff so I can use Bad JuJu for more than a flashlight.

The Cryptic Dragon is my legendary weapon of choice when not using the Last Word with my hunter, but I got the Proxima Centauri II in a Tiger Strike with my warlock and it's on it's way to becoming another favorite. Now that I unlocked the scope with the little triangle, I absolutely love it. I'm pumped about the radar staying active when aiming down the sights perk.
ETA: It pisses me off that I could play public even after public even when I'm not trying to get shards, but as soon as I start playing patrols non stop to try and farm them, I get them maybe once out of ten times.
