While true, I was speaking more from the position of if we were in the middle life of the console. The PS3 and 360 had a shite ton of gaming options at the mid-point of their reign as the current gen console and if this game dropped at that point or later when there is a robust array of gaming options and constant new releases each quarter then yeah, that's a legit as frick stat. At this moment in the young lives of the new gen consoles where options are sparce and new games are trickling out at a painfully slow pace, the stat doesn't carry much weight to me at the moment.

Well yeah! Have you ventured over to Bungie's forums? My god! Bitching and whining left and right! The whole board is nothing short of pathetic and consistant whiners. So bad that people are bitching about Xur because they "earned" their exotic weapons and somehow believe that receiving an exotic weapon from random drops as them having earned their exotics. So much fail on the Bungie forums

Well, in their defense, Xur kinda is a bullshite way to get what is supposed to be the highest level items.

While true,
Random lucky drops does not mean they were Earned in any capacity.
If anything, performing the weekly to obtain coins and performing the exotic bounties (which still require luck to obtain) are earning your weapons.
