So I called for help for the first time to beat Ebrietas. A guy shows up and was helping but he never healed (Is he able to?) and he died before the end where I needed him most.

Just stay in front of her and bait the head slam. I'm sure the charge is making you rage - watch her head and if she starts spewing pale blood (sand-colored shite), expect the charge and dash laterally twice.
The only good thing about that boss is the design. It represents everything I hate about some of the bosses.

The charge is easy unless I get the camera turned around. It's the lasers I don't see coming.

She's really weak to bolt paper.
I've summoned a total of once and have used the resonant bell several times on 4 different characters to no avail. It's already dead, even more so now that Witcher 3 is out.
