Got Ludwigs blade yesterday, got it up to +5 today. I like this much better for close combat. I get a good 8 hits per stamina bar which is awesome.

To the guy that killed the witch puddle thing, you might wanna just start the game over. Got further along and you need him greatly

See I got ludwig's up to +6 and tried to use it last night and just didn't like it as much as my axe. The stats even say it should do more damage than my axe, but it doesn't.

Wow. I've been farming in the forbidden woods for awhile getting up to about 60k...and then I stumble into the Shadow of Yharnam. Thank christ i had full heals because I wasn't expecting that at all

Yea, I posted earlier about my fight with SoY. I beat it on the first try, but I went in with full health and ammo and it took ever last vial, bullet, molotov, and 2 bolt papers for me to beat it. I finished it off with about 15% health left and had 80k echoes on me

Think of it as an attack rating that takes into account the damage per stamina bar. It attacks faster and more often, so it does higher damage per second.

There's a pretty cool secret, involving a gesture, that requires the upper catherdal key from Yahar'gul. Don't pass this up.

Only the necessary chalices and the materials to make them.
