That was a good game overall but I'm not happy about that Blount TD run. It ruined me. Didn't that come off that catch Amendola got on 3rd and long in double coverage? My wife fussed at me for yelling at the TV

I threw 4 picks with Rogers. But the Bears are still the Bears and I squeaked it out. Gross.

Impressive that you still won. I picked Brady off twice and only threw one pick. I had Antonio Brown in single coverage on a post against Butler. He made a ridiculous pick just moments after Blount pulled a Beast Mode on my entire defense. This game is super fruatrating

Yeah I didn't know about the FA openings either but meh. I kind of got an interesting prospect in Browner. So friggin' big and a QB.
This offense is a blast. No crazy receivers, but all have great hands and are just physically imposing as evidenced by Jordan Matthews stealing a ball and completely destroying his cover man

Ertz is a straight up beast too. Bradford is a bit risky (2INT) but trusts his receivers... And his defense. 4 takeaways + safety/TD. Offense got in about 50 plays so we're ratcheting it up a bit in Philly. Plus while we were running out the clock DeMarco busted a 40 yard run to get his 100 for the day. CPU Falcons calling all their timeouts down 14 :l

Yea that blount run was awesome. And It was after the Amendola reception yes. Yea my defensive line played great for me.

As long as he plays by the rules that are laid out its alright. Although passing that much will eventually end up costing him. You can probably get away with that type of play vs the computer but even then its still not smart.

I would bet he's an easy HvH win. He just got run over by 210 yards, got intercepted like 4 times, and has absolutely no run game. As long as he doesn't rage quit...

I guess so but hes also playing the way he wants and is following the rules laid out by the OP. As long as he does that it should be fine.

Except one of the rules laid out by op is to play in a realistic manner. 80+ passes isn't exactly realistic.
But whatever, as long as he doesn't rage quit when people shut down a stupid offense like that.

I dont care about the pass attempts so much as if he were beating a team 40-10 that he doesnt keep throwing the ball up on deep rputes. Then is when he would need to run the ball. In a game like he was in, its whatever you have to do to win, in a blowout, you have to know when to shut it down and run the ball and clock.

Thank you Tiger Nation 84. Someone who actually understands why I threw the ball that many times. I probably could've ran it a bit more, but I put myself in a hole one too many times and I was playing catch up to try and win. I barely got it to OT.
I understand it's a sim league, but I'm going to do anything I can to win a game. I didn't purposefully pass, it was just what the defense was giving me especially when it came to covering my TE. I'm going to run the ball when I can, but I can't run the ball when I'm down 2-3 touchdowns and then expect to win even with a guy like Arian Foster. That's just my 2 cents on that.
If this isn't OK, you're probably better off kicking me out now while it'e early in the season. I don't want to invest too much time then in a league where I will be kicked out later. Not trying to be rude. Also, thanks for letting me into the league in the first place. I don't play online leagues much, but I'm glad I'm able to try this one out.
