I love FFXV, but it’s not for everyone. I love the combat, but I am in the minority on that. The Royal edition adds some really great features and missions to the main game. The story is a little convoluted, but the interplay between the four main characters is so genuine and fun, it helps make up for it.

Since you like DS, I’d try Sekiro.
I also really like FF15 Royal Edition but it’s definitely more mixed on this board and in general.
