It's not the playbooks. If you downloaded uniforms you will have to delete the game data file and restart so it can download everything again.

Froze again. Whenever you load the dynasty and it asks if you want to save, press no. I remember that fixing it sometimes. Try one more time.

I'm in my file management and it doesn't say anything about uniforms but maybe I do. I don't know how to delete them

You will have to back out of NCAA and go up to Game Data Utility Folder
Then select NCAA 14 Delete that and then go back to the dynasty and it redownloads the dynasty file , takes about 7 minutes for everything.
Then yall should be good to go.
