New to XBOX Live, how do I update rosters and how can I put Wildcat formations in to Edit Playbook? Also, any tips would be helpful.

Certain formations have been taken out of edit playbook. Wildcat and I form-tight for example. If you want those formations, you have to start a playbook with them already in it(like auburn).

They also seem to catch everything while the DBs are total opposite...

You want to download rosters. Once you specify that, it should have an empty space for you to click to type in a specific gamertag you want to download them from. All of your friends gamertags will be there as well, but you don't want those.

It only lists my friends' gamertags, no empty space to add others

If you click download roster, it'll ask for a gamertag
