According to people here, you should have stopped buying back in the early 2000's...then again it seems like they hate on everything for the f*ck of it.

I haven't played it YET, however I've been buying the game since 2003 and I've loved it every year. Some little things here and there that could be fixed, but overall it's a fun game and I expect 2013 to be no different.

Only complaint from is that I feel the Defensive Ends are never able to get the QB. DTs get there easy, but struggling to get sacks.

I'm getting the exact opposite of this. I'm 4 games into my first season of dynasty and Mingo has 7.5 sacks, Sam has 4, and my DT's (Logan & Freak) have combined for 2.

I think this game is complete garbage but as someone has already pointed out it's the only college game out and I fricking hate Madden so I have to bite the bullet and live with it.

BTW the worst part of this game are the safeties, which I've ranted on in another thread already.

I quit buying it 3 years ago. You can only play on line with your buddies, because of all the glitches. They really don't care about it because there is no competition. From what I've read on here, I'm glad I'm sitting out another year.

One thing I'm very excited about is how your individual playing style affects recruiting, and how recruits value your program.

Our online dynasties are gonna be awesome

Since the '10 editions, Madden's gameplay has taken a shite on NCAA's and it's not even close. This year, Madden is going to be Alabama to NCAA's Little Giants.

The way I interpet it...ill use some scenarios..

If you run out of i-formation to a TB a lot, that 5* bruiser tailback will be more likely to choose you over a team that runs 5 wr spread all the time.

Basically the game records your playstyle, and recruits interests rise or fall depending on their personal preference and style.

I'd imagine, if I promise a 5* wr that he will get freshman all American, but then run the ball 70% of the time during the season, the recruit will basically blow me off cause playstyle doesn't mesh with what I'm selling

You sir are correct and draft boards are not automatically filled for recruits you have to make your way on to their draft board

Scouting is also interesting too. That 80 overall QB may only me a 78 with poor throw accuracy

Yeah the scouting thing is awesome now. I was recruiting a the #2 4* CB and he was a 78 ovr but had like 66 man coverage. Dropped him quick.

Specially when your're recruiting a QB and they give you his juke ratings.

I've said some mean things about NCAA 13 but I do love the new passing game.

Have you seen if this is actually executed properly? If so, this is an awesome touch I didn't know about.

Not yet. Still in the early stages of my dynasty.

I will say, I'm currently #1 in rushing d, and all my dt/de run stopping prospects have me #1 or #2

Also, I had a beast game with a middle linebacker, then the next week I got a commit from a 5* athlete 6"4 254, who I have scouted as a mlb prospect

Just spitballing here, but I'm guessing your recruiting success is more tied to the fact that you a playing with Southern Cal (could be wrong about the team) and less to do with your playing style.

It's great in theory, but you know they won't implement it worth a shite.

Yeah there's a pitch, "playing style"

So you are in another state fighting a 6 prestige program for a blue chipper, if the recruit favors your playing style to the opponents then you can use that advantage on pitches, visits, promises etc
