My PSN account hacked “Again”...WTF Sony???

2nd time this happened this year.
Got an email yesterday with an IP addressed from Saudi saying my screen name was changed.
Tried to get online and do the “Forget my password”, it said I have to call Sony.
Called Sony, and their too busy at the moment and to call back.
Did the online bot chat thing and got a case ID # and said to call.
Called with the case # and their too busy at the moment and to call back again.
My PayPal acct was linked also, and someone tried to log in but PayPal shut it down and was able to get online and change my PayPal login info.
The first time I got hacked this year, I was able to change my password and was good to go.
WTF Sony?!?!? Y’all need to get yalls shite together.
Anyone had this issue.

Is it possibly a PS4 issue? I haven't had this happen with my PS5 or Xbox Series X, maybe they are just more secure?

Quit using the built in browser for sketchy porn sites. You don't have malware protection.
