MW3 Elite website problems?

is anyone else having trouble logging in to their elite profile? been trying all afternoon.

I can get in just fine, but unless im missing something, its less info than blops combat record but much more of a pain in the arse

I just got MW3 today, the $99 one that has the hardcover and a year of Elite. I registered in xbox live for Elite, but I have to go online to put my code in to get premium upgrade. Just noticed the card said I have to wait till after Nov 30th
Just looked, What's the difference between premium and founder?
