Got two gems on my first kill tonight.

Xeno? Yeah he is a little too easy IMO.
I am having some burn out with the game. I am HR 37 and have my lance gear pretty much done, 2 lvl 8 lances and the multiple "end of the line" weapons for elemental damage.
I am unsure what to do next? Get a new weapon? Look for gems?
after beating the 2 tempered Bezel mission, what is next? I really don't need more armor, and a few hours of playtime will get me almost anything else I need for my main playstyle.

Soloed tempered Kirin last night.
Honestly, it was easier solo because I didn’t have to worry about others getting carted, and the difficulty wasn’t increased

Just got him last night. Solo.
I was a lance main until recently picking up the Hunting Horn since I mainly play in groups anyway.
I strapped on the Daora lance and basically just turtled up with guard 5 and guard up knowing I had 50 minutes. When he would enrage I would just let him have his temper tantrum and then go back to single guarded pokes.
This was the strategy that worked after getting carted a few times even while using counters for bigger damage. His secondary lightning strikes would eat me up, even with 40 lightning resist and 2 anti para decorations in my armor.
Took about 20 min using this strat. Everyone else says to use a bow and just shoot him in the head, but I did not want to waste resources making a lvl 7-8 bow just for him.
