I'm telling y'all right now, if you leave this franchise on veteran, you will not enjoy it past the first game. For the amount of skill you lack, you will be able to get on at least a level playing field as most in a week's time. This isn't a first person shooter, or the likes where you have to learn the maps, learn the guns, etc.

What happens if a user becomes inactive and we can't get a hold of them to be able to play our games? Does it just simmed?
I'm thinking along the lines of a NCAA dynasty and with this many users I'm just expecting a cluster frick.

Oct 16-22 is my annual Packers trip to GB. Other than that I wont miss enough to where I couldnt get my games in. Can probably get them in even around that for that week honestly lol.

default will be whatever you set your profile to unless UH modifies it to be uniform across the board when setting up the Franchise.

We can do a vote on veteran or all star hitting, if we can change it during the season then starting on veteran for a week or two so everyone gets the hang of it then bump it up to All Star makes the most sense IMO.
As for your swing, that's up to you, not going to require specifics there, just whatever your profile preference is.

Also, let's go ahead and nail the elephant in the room while we still have time. If you cannot take a loss like a mature gamer, please just leave now. There are a ton of games to be played, and you will not go undefeated. Tip your cap and move on. Nothing will kill a franchise faster than someone who wines after every loss and airing your grievances in a public setting. I've been doing franchises (and I am sure others have) for many years now and it's the #1 killer. Play the game the way it was intended to be played, and don't go after someone in a public setting.
