I believe it will select the next best player at a postion unfilled. Once your postions are filled it won't let you select another guy at that position. I think you have 6 infielders, 5 outfielders, and 1-2 catchers. The draft I participated in had 10 guys and 9 of which were there. So it was kind of hard to tell how the other guy's team was selected. Shortly after this draft the guy (typical cheeser type) lost his first 2 games and abandoned the league. I was never able to play, so as far as league play I am clueless.
You don't need 10 games to join a league, either. The one league draft that I took part in had 4-5 guys that had less than 5 gms.
Any idea what type of league we are going to have? 3 man rotations? 3 game series? games and weeks?
I say let LOU play. He was in it last year.

Draft time I dunno, it should be late enough to where everyone can get home from work. I'd say 7:30 or 8 CST
How long are we going to make the league? I think we should make this one maybe 45 games or so. 1 series w/ each team in other div, 2 series w/ division.

Well the league is split in divisions. 2 series against teams in your league, and 1 series against teams in the other league. Each series is 3 games. So, we are looking at around 40 or so game. Thats also depending on how many people we have sign up.
I'm sure their are other options, just this way made sense to me.

yeah I thought it was tonight as well. Guess that would be kinda hard to throw together now at the last minute.

I thought Next Thursday would work the best, since we decided on Thursday the day before. Everyone would prob not be able to sign up or get in touch right away.
