I don't know how that thing got a 6. If it's not a major movie production in single player or MW2 in multiplayer, it's terrible according to IGN.

From what I've seen in the video thread I posted over the weekend, the single player was pretty legit. I played the MP beta and though I wanted to like it, it sort of just laid there. That's not saying it was bad, it just wasn't great.

Whatever, I'm in.

thats a much better review, i think the game gets points b/c its so authentic.

looking @ most of the reviews online and most here it appears im not alone either.
its not all negative.just very few positives.$.02

the sarcastic gamer review is much more like the way i feel about the game. like they said the story mode isnt a huge cinematic masterpiece and i havent gotten all the way to the end but it has done a great job transitioning from one playable character to another. generally you get in a bad spot and from out of nowhere someone saves your arse. then the next level begins with you paying as the guy that just saved your last character from the time that he just fired that shot.

definitely. im not saying its the greatest game ever by any means but im enjoying the hell out of it so far so its definitely worth the money for me. the team assault MP takes some getting used to though because the maps arent as "laid out" as COD but they are COD size maps so there is lots of debris flying around and lots of shooting lanes that you might not see and you will get drilled without even knowing where it came from. but its a ton of fun when you get used to it.
