Look, I'm trying to be optimistic about the game but I wish I could've canceled my pre order. I went from excited to cautiously optimistic after seeing some video and hearing reports of the poor writing.

That's good to hear! Patricia Hernandez at Kotaku said the same thing and my views tend to align with hers so I'm hopeful.

I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out there was a huge penalty to be paid to EA if BioWare missed a specific deadline which forced them to rush the game out before it was truly ready. Since it seems to be the character models that suffer the most it's probable those were the last thing in line for the second coat of wax and they simply ran out of time.

Yeah it seems like animations on characters are getting roasted online. If that's the biggest flaw, I'm OK with it
