How is the online play
There’s no ranked, online tournaments, challenges, upgrades, customization. I was hoping for a scramble mode where you can play 2v2 with a friend against another team. Now I’m just hoping we get some sort of DLC at all.
If you’re truly on the fence, I’d skip it until you see some decent DLC or additions.

I found it to be enjoyable. The motion controls are totally broken so don’t even bother with that. I would classify it as another hand holding installment from Nintendo designed to draw in a younger and new fanbase that has just enough to satisfy the long time players.

I played Mario Golf 64 on the Switch last night. I probably only played it a handful of times as a kid. It's amazing how much of a better golf game it is than Super Rush. I get that 64 was more of a simulation with a Mario skin, but I really enjoyed struggling in my first 18 holes. It took me a while to figure out putting and chipping. Once I started figuring it out, it was a lot of fun. I have only played a tournament and tried to earn a character. There is so much more to do in that game than Super Rush.
