On a related note, the last Madden i played was 11. Did they take out the obnoxious amount of cut scenes and loading screens and just clutter in general?

Yes it's in there i believe. In the connected careers you can choose to be a player, coach, or an owner.
The cut scenes on 15 happen in real time, they go with the flow of the game. So if your DB makes a deflection he'll celebrate right after on the field instead of a pause and scripted cut scene.

I'm really enjoying the new Defensive mode. It's cool to actually be able to put moves on the O-line now.

I really like the game and the new X1, but it's going to take some playing around and time to get used to it. Also am not a big fan of the default camera view, but that's changeable.

Definitely. Defensive Cam is fun. I still like playing with Backers and Safeties, but playing the Ends against the pass and the Nose against the run is really fun.

I like the close defensive cam that focuses in on a player but I feel like that takes away from getting the big picture when adjusting

Franchise is broken right now stat/progression wise so hopefully they patch that. People like Brees and Manning throwing 15 TD's. Brady out of league in one year. Etcetera.

hg, I'm guessing you own an Xbox One/PS4? I know yall are saying the game is awesome and worth it, would you still say it would be just as good/worth it on the 360?
