Civ 4 and 5 and all its expansions can be played offline I am pretty sure.
very fun and addictive. not real time like AoE but turn based.

Titan Quest+xpansion with Inventory mod. -.-
Love that they have been porting the remastered final fantasy games to pc.
Masquerade the vamp 1 +Bloodlines
Baldurs gate 1,2
Icewind Dale 1,2
Ultima 1-gold
Wizardry1-8 Love 8.
Finally decided to play through Dragon Age Inquisition.
But nothing beats a hard modded Dragon age Origins.

Just finally beat Tales of Zestiria

Rougelands. Just lost my lvl 58 Machinist
Age of Wonders1-3 Loved the first one the 2nd one was a disapointment 3rd one was fun as hell.
Agarest Generations of war (Jrpg) fun as hell btw.

Bioshock Infinite was fun.
Divinity. 1 2 and Original Sin
Dragons Dogma pc port!!! Was so happy when this finally came. Only reason why I bought a 360 btw lol
Last Remnant pc port.
Dungeon Defenders if ya want some fun with offline coop.

Most people give it shite but I like it. FfxIII
Temple Of Elemental Evil < Get the Mod tool for it or you wont like it lol
Grandia 2 Pc Port.
