When we showed up in Kuwait dudes where like who the frick are ya'll and what are you doing here! 3 weeks later we were controlling the entire east side of Baghdad till the rest of you guys showed up and we could divy up the peices
I still curse that man. Nothing like getting a f'n phone call Monday at 1700 telling you to pack your shite you leave in 4 days.

I went advon with 1st Squadron. I hated Wolf. He was a shitbag. Told us to be Iron Soldiers when we got extended. We already turned in our ammo keeping 1- 100 rd belt of .50 and 2 mags. Then 7th Cav got fricked up and we got popped with 16 months. I wasnt to upset. 1000 extra for every month past 12.
