I know what you mean, I can do reverse grip pullups easy, but regular pullups, hell no.

exactly. i don't understand that. my back and shoulders can't be that weak. i work them out regularly.

reverse grips use more arms and shoulders. overhand is almost 100% Lats.
Today is arm day. Cant wait for my barbell curls. Best mass excercise ive seen for biceps.

I love working back. I like to start off with weighted pull ups. Put a 30lb dumbbell between the legs and get to pullin. Sick pump.

it's not that high. i get on my tippy toes and grab it to lift up. any higher and yehh, i'd be scared.

Well I start off with 30lbs for the first 2 sets. Set 1 I get about 8 reps. Set 2 about 6-8 reps. Then drop the weight accordingly. God only knows how many I can do unweighted now.

i've gone slim and lean.
i'm down to 175. had walking pneumonia for a few weeks so lost any and all body fat and now am just getting cut up. got my 'situation' going for pool season is the one positive.
if i did hit the gym hard again i'd concentrate on lats, traps, and biceps.

I've been losing weight like a mofo. I got a little pudgy at the end of my sophomore beginning of my junior year and 6 months ago I was like fuccck that.
I'm just finally getting back to putting up the amounts that I used to in high school haha.

ughh, i'm sure i would be a bitch in the weight room compared to a year ago. but i haven't had a good workout buddy in a while here in houston.

I don't like having a workout buddy. I just like to stay focus on me and keep in the zone. I had this chick Sunday eye me as I was walking to the pec machine. Walk right over next to me and do leg press. Then got up stood 3ft from me and bent down to stretch. Basically saying frick me nappy.
