Is there a retro emulator that is *not* a scam/buggy/bullcrap product?

I mean, is there actually a legit emulator that has Sega, Nintendo, super Nintendo type games with thousands ofgames that is easy to use and claims to be what it sells?
The latest I see hitting my feed is mini G box.
Mini G Box
This one seems too good to be true. So cheap, and has an insanely large amount of games and the controllers look comparable.
Not sure if anyone has specific experience with this thing, but does anyone have experience getting one of these many products on the market that is absolutely legit?

I ve used the PS classic along with USB drives full of games that I ordered off of ETSY and they work great. Here is one for sale now: LINK

Retropie is great but you have to build one yourself

If you are just looking for the systems you mentioned anything will emulate those perfectly. If you want like Game Cube and Dreamcast you are gonna want to emulate them on a PC.

I would love someone to get on my computer and install roms for me to work through retro arch. The process of installing the different programs to sync to retro arch and then getting the games and all is pretty daunting. I would also love help installing Skyrim mods on steam
