Anyone on the board own the Sony wireless headphones? How do they compare to Turtle Beaches? Thanks for any advice.

i got them for 74 bucks a while back
very impressed, especially for the price
they last at least 5 hours on a charge for me, and they sound great
some other people have the logitech F540's which are pretty good too, but i find the sony's to be very comfortable

I got 2 pair of TB x41s for $80 each... Wireless is so much easier than my friends dx11s, and they sound great

astro a40 and it's not even close. Plus you're not stuck using them for only one platform, can be ps3 xbox 360 and pc and many MANY upgrades and unique parts to mod

this. astro 40's are the standard.
that being said, not every body wants to spend 300 bucks for headphones. for the money, you cant beat Turtles.

My friends Astros are awesome, but no way I'm spending that kind of money on them!

you'd have to be an audiophile, rich, and a bit of a geek to spend 300 bucks on a gaming headset IMO
i maybe a bit of a geek, but i'm 0fer on the other 2, so the sony's were perfect for me

I've got the TB DPX21s. Pretty good for the money, but they are uncomfortable after a couple of hours.
