Any word on if the original default controls will be available for H1 and H2. Not the shitty default or recon. I would think that's an option they would have to offer.

I honestly can not wait until this comes out. I never got a chance to play any of the Halos so it will all be fresh to me. November cant get here fast enough.

I used to have it set insanely high, but I had analog extenders.

Do these work? What about the grippies you can put over the analogs?

Dude, the servers for Halo 3 are so fricking terrible.

It is still astounding that 2 guys designed and built not only what is arguably the greatest online gaming system ever, but every map in it.
edit: The guy from Blur on the panel said that they are redoing, with actors and motion capture, then rendering, every cutscene in H2. That clip that came out wasn't a rendered trailer, that was the rendered cutscenes from the game put together in a clip. Go to 32:42 on that video to seem them show a clip on how they went from the original to the new ones. Amazing stuff.

One thing they said in that video is that the fidelity being so massively improved it was going to change things in the game. Specifically it seemed like they meant super jumps and getting out of the level. Some, like on Turf, you had to do a crazy dance after the super jump to be able to get out. Or on others you had to do a crazy dance to even get the bounce in. Sounds like revamping the game fidelity, which they had to do to play it on the One, is going to change the game in that respect more than we thought.

First time buying one.
The trigger stops won't be needed but the paddles can be used. Plus I changed the thumb stick. We shall see if it will be a good purchase
