Also, I would like to point out that the dialogue seems super tame and HR approved. Now I am worried that my concern about the GTA Online writers maybe justified.
Granted this is based on what we were shown in the reveal, but I can only judge what I am given.

The writers were all women just like all the other HR-approved progressive games and Hollywood movies.

Have they confirmed JB Smoove returning for his radio show? I can deal with 30 FPS but not sure if i can handle no Dr. Ray de Angelo Harris

It's not possible to disagree about the value of an item. That value is known and measurable.
Throwing them away is just stupidity. You could have averaged at least $5 a pop from them on Facebook marketplace or probably gotten more than that just trading them in to Game Stop.

Time is money. Going through Facebook or gamestop to sell things isnt worth $300 in my opinion

Yeah there is next to no chance of this happening. I remember when they announced there would be a female protagonist. My first hope was that it would be set a few decades in the past and the chick would be Trevor's mom.

Because it is a rare collectors item due to a low production run. The switch 2 version is cheap because there is no scarcity involved with that version, just like 99% of other modern games.

This is a self defeating argument. There is no scarcity for Duck Tales 2. It is available for purchase digitally.

There is scarcity for the duck tales 2 nes cartridge. There isnt for duck tales 2 the game. People dont want the cartridge to play the game. They want the cartridge to say look at this rare item i have that there were very few of made.

ETA: I'll tell you where I see the most unrealized value currently: physical XBOX games. If we are really moving to an "all digital" console future, this disc to digital program is going to make XBOX games very sought after and as the Series X/S stops being produced the versions with a disc drive will contine to increase in value because people will want to convert their discs to their digital libraries for the XBOX 500 or whatever comes down the line. Especially if they're also giving a digital PC version of the game with this.

It is very different. What physical games today is hard to get if you want it? Duck tales 2 NES cartridge was hard to get because it had a small production run. Name a game released today that is hard to get

It isn't different, it's just current. I wish I could tell you which versions of games (or anything) released today are going to be considered rare 20 years from now. I'd be a lot wealthier than I am.
For example, some people pay huge premiums for games with Blockbuster stickers on them. I would have torn that sticker off of anything I could, because that would have never crossed my mind.
ETA: You could have made your same argument in any era of gaming. There isnt much threat of scarcity while something is still being produced.

not everyone has a gaming PC to pirate a rip of a game so they can play it on an emulator.
the easiest way to play these games today is to have the console and the disc/cartridge.

You dont need a gaming pc to play duck tales 2. Any laptop made in the last 10 years can run anything up to at least ps2 games.
Me and my roommates in college used to play super off road for snes on a 2005 Dell
