As much as I love the portability this game is going to take up far too much memory to justify as a Switch purchase.
I'll get it on either my Xbone or PS5 once the discounts hit.

You can see in the trailer that the Vice City version of Phil is no longer wearing his confederate flag shirt.

Michael Jackson's estate made them pull his songs from Vice City.

Does anyone know if there will be any more press releases about the game from Rockstar before the pre-order release?
Vice City is probably my favorite game of all time but I'd really like to know about the music in the game before buying it and the fact that it seems like it would be something that would be easy to clarify, but they haven't yet, concerns me.
I've seen a few people claiming that everything will be in there, but I'd feel better hearing it from Rockstar.
If they're being this secretive because they were too cheap to license music for a $60 remaster of 20 year old games(that I love), then it's probably just another the sign(along with no Housers and no GTA VI) that Rockstar's just another greedy company that's best days are behind them.
If they're asking $60 because they believed in the game and didn't skimp on licensing, November 11th can't get here soon enough.

I preordered Mass Effect, but I’m not preordering this one. Simply not enough information yet.

Agreed. Imagine a Steam release will be a two week to one month delay anyway so I’ll wait to know for sure.

I keep trying to tell myself that they're doing this because they expect people to be blown away when they finally see it.
But it's hard not to notice how little info they are releasing and wonder if this is going to end up being a massive cash grab.
They supposedly aren't changing or adding any mission to the game and the games have been out there for 20 years, so it's not like they can keep the plot/story from being spoiled.
If they would just release the music, I'm in. Every day that goes by without them releasing *something* makes me more hesitant to preload it. But I know that I'm going to end up getting it, no matter what.
If I cave and it does turn out to be a cash grab, I'm probably done with Rockstar. The Houser brothers no longer being with the company was already a major concern.

Definitely feels like a Super Mario 3D Allstars style cash grab.
But I'll probably still buy it, just like I did SM3DA

Before they lied and totally ignored single player for GTA V after it's release, I used to trust Rockstar more than any other company.
I'm dying to preload the game but I really can't understand why they won't release something about the music. I'll probably end up waiting until the 11th to see what's in there, even though I'd rather go ahead and get it.

I mean, it's way more than straight ROMs of the PS2 games.
I do think it's puzzling how we've seen virtually no gameplay yet the games are days away from release.

It sounds like Rockstar announced today that, as long as you don't purchase it through Steam, they are offering refunds within 14 days and less than 2 hrs of gameplay.
That makes me feel a lot better about the music. Definitely getting it early now.

Those basically sound just like Steam's refund eligibility requirements.

I thought that it might have something to do with sales for pc. I'm planning on getting it through Rockstar or Sony.
I'd rather have the physical game but doubt that I could wait until December to grab it.

The only non-Steam PC launchers I'm willing to use are Battle.net (obvious reasons) and Origin for games I have that were Origin only at the time.

Since they're offering returns, I went ahead and bought it from Sony last night. Less than 36 hours until we can finally see what these games really look like.
I'm hoping that Rockstar went all out, thinking that it would buy them some more time on GTA VI.

I’ve been watching videos on YouTube and it’s crazy how small San Andreas map is with no fog. It’s funny how good some parts of the city look but then you enter a cutscene and the faces still look like ps2 era.

So nothing missing from 3?

I can't even just because of..
Video Killed the Radio Star – The Buggles
Japanese Boy – Aneka
But.. I'll probably cave. I knew Vice City would take the bigger hit (to me personally).
