Monster Hunter World was great. It was a stop gap game for me unfortunately.
I get that. If you're not into min maxing and/or using different weapon types, Monster Hunter has a limited shelf life.

First Dishonored kicks so much arse. Must have done at least 10 play throughs back in the day.

Second one was somewhat disappointing unfortunately.

I feel the same way but I cant really say why. I loved the first game but the second one I just didnt enjoy. I finished it but ust felt annoyed and bored by the end.

The Hitman series isnt a hidden gem. They are well known but I dont hear much talk about them. Even as a fan of the series I just started to dive in deep into the 2016 Hitman and 2018 Hitman 2 and I gotta say these are amazing games. The best in series imo. Each level is so well made and fun to explore that it makes for endless replayability. The contracts and sniper assassin missions are cool extras too. If you are a fan and have not checked them out or if you ve never played them I would def check them out.
