I just saw that the games with gold for January has Celeste. I have heard really great things about that game.

PS4 has Steep and Portal Knights. Both I have never heard of.

PS3 (which I don't know if you can download them to your ps4) has Zone of the Enders. That game was awesome when it came out....I think...

Any thoughts?

Going to give this one a try. Haven't played a snowboarding game since SSX Tricky on the PS1.

Maybe I should check it out again since I already own it. It was very average though.

You can't. The only ones that you can play on multiple platforms are certain Vita titles.

I'm surprised no one has thoughts on Celeste. Thought that game was getting perfect scores but I guess Hollow Knight is a better type of game like that? Or shovel knight.

Not always. Amplitude is cross buy on PS3/PS4. You just have to add it to your account through the web store, and then the PS4 version will be available to purchase for free.

I've heard a lot of good things about it but haven't felt the urge.

I don't know how similar they are, but Hollow Knight is really good so far.

Finished this game last night. If you like tough but fair games then I think this is a must. Looking forward to finally trying out hollow knight.

Celeste is more like Super Meat Boy than it is Shovel Knight from game-play I have seen.

Personally haven't gotten around to playing it yet, but it was on a bunch of Best Games of the Year lists for 2018.

If you want to throw your controller through a window out of frustration, play Celeste. It's a very tough game. I quit at chapter 4. Couldn't do it
