Really want to get a solo no fill squad win. Gotten 2nd and 3rd a few times, but haven’t been able to pull it off

Was watching some people play after my friend died earlier and the guy got +1 or 2 to his health a couple times randomly. It showed up on his health bar too. Was this a case of cozy campfire or something more random?
Also has anyone noticed that ice cream trucks have 100000 health. Friend and I tried to take one down earlier and got to 20000 before getting killed

Do you count doing it in solid gold? Did it there 3x, but haven't done it yet in regular squad mode, but yeah same I want to pull that off, I've had several top 10s and 5s doing it
