Meh,if they didn't then the first ring or more of the game would probably just be people hitting trees, I have no problem with resources being in chests

You are supposed to build in this game. It is the entire reason they use bloom and are hesitant to change it. They don't want people getting melted before they have a chance to counter with building. Its a beautiful thing.

yea, and you should have to farm the resources not have them handed to you because you RNGed a chest where you landed. the only reason they did it was to help bad players. oh no 5 swings on a tree for 40 wood, 5 swing for 55 brick on a big rock.... god forbid people have to stop bush camping for 15 seconds to farm their own 300 reso.... it wasnt like this before so why did they add it? to help people who suck. everything in this bitch is random now from the bloom to the loot spawns. its like seeing progressives work to eliminate skill gap.

first 4 games tonight 8 kills 6 kills 7 kills 8 kills. followed by 3 kills over the next 5 games and 400+ missed bullets. did i just get bad all of a sudden or did i get too many kills so theyre adding more bloom to me? all of a sudden im getting headshotted from 50 meters by a tactical shotgun. hit someone with my first 3 bullets and miss the next 20+ so they can kill me and live with 8hp.

they already do enough to help shitty players. next theyll be giving everyone starting weapons and free reso and youll be all for it.

its not too much for me to ask for an equal playing field instead of this luck of the draw bullshite.

ill keep playing just because i know i can get 15 kill wins and they feel good as hell, and ill keep bitching when i get " outplayed" by some lucky frick that only takes 8 dmg from my purple tac from 3 meters away.

I feel you man. I'm wondering how I can do really good one night and the next I can't hit anything. I just don't see that large of a gap in play with other shooter games. I can deal with it most times as I can understand it's in the game so others deal with it too. My issue is the lag sometimes. If you see my video I did up a few posts, you'll see what I deal with on a normal basis. I'm not sure if I have an issue with my internet or not. I got a new modem today so maybe it'll be fixed.

Lol when I read it I was thinking about mats being in chests and remembered them from the first time I played.

I just thought maybe I had missed some kind of update that increased the amount drastically

ETA: The mats aren't the issue. The changes they made to building like two weeks ago are what changed things. The auto-switch materials and the ability to spam. This isn't really an issue, because like I said I like to rush and play quick, so I like it, but if you like to play from a distance I can see where it would be annoying.
