i bought an extra desktop so i can stream sports and game with while hooked up to my samsung led tv. Problem is while im streaming or just watching something i have downloaded i have issue with lag and the picture/sound getting choppy. The machine has hdmi output and a HD graphics card.
Anyone with this issue have and ideas on fixing it so i can watch what ever with out it getting choppy?

The video card isn't important though for streaming videos, so that's not the problem.
Are you downloading the videos off limewire or torrenting them? Could possibly be a bad download? Not too sure
