I think the holographic allows for better distance shots.

i think perhaps the holo is not affected by EMP's. i know i had a red dot on a SCAR and someone set off an EMP and i couldnt aim for squat with it.

Can someone explain to me the difference between Scrambler v. Cold-Blooded v. Ninja?

Scrambler just scrambles the radar of your opponents as you get close to them on the map. Their radar screen fuzzes over like a bad TV channel.
Cold-Blooded means you don't show up on a UAV or heat sensored gun.
Ninja means you don't make any noise when you run around, but you'll still show up on radar.

So if you have Cold-Blooded, then you really don't need Scrambler? Will cold blooded keep you off of the enemy player's radar too or just from strikes from above?

Not sure about the Cold Blooded thing.

Exactly. I'm thinking that cold-blooded takes this out of the equation. I've had a few people sneak up on me that didn't show up on radar or use the scrambler.

for my stealth class i use the ninja perk instead of scrambler. it makes me invisible to heartbeat sensors and the cold blooded perk takes care of everything else.
