Metal Gear Solid is up there with that game for me too. That was a great PS1 title.

Trying to avoid multi-platform games here and not mentioning PC since it is timeless:

NES (console I played the most as a child) - Probably Super Mario Bros. 3 or Legend of Zelda 2
Gameboy - Super Mario Land
Sega Genesis - Sonic and Knuckles
Sega Game Gear - Mortal Kombat (multi-platform but I only had it and Sonic for this handheld)
Sega CD - Sherlock Holmes (Had OG version of the CD and it screwed up within 6 months so I only had the games that came with it, crappiest console/expansion ever)
PS1 (console I played the most as a teenager) - FF7 followed by Wild Arms and the Toshinden and Twisted Metal games
N64 - Ocarina of Time followed by Starfox and most of the wrestling games
Dreamcast (console that I have fond memories of despite its short lifespan) - Armada (space ship rpg game, really wish we could get a dreamcast mini)
X-Box (this is the one I refer to as the jarhead console, bought it in 29 Palms and when my unit got activated I brought it with me to Iraq) - KotOR with KotOR 2 and Fable being close seconds, played a lot of Halo 1 and 2 in Iraq though
Gameboy Advance - Can't remember, would play random stuff while sitting in a tower in Iraq while I was supposed to be making sure no one tried to kill me to get over the fence we had set up
Wii - Bowling lol
PS3 - Demon's Souls (original version), Heavy Rain a close second
360 (console I probably played the most) - Gears of War 3 (favorite games of this gen were Mass Effect 1/2, Dragon Age Origins, NCAA cfb games, and CoD:Blops2, but all of those were multiplatform)
PS4 - FF7 Remake (played FF15 but it was multiplatform), Last of Us remaster is a close second
Xbone - Gears of War 4
3DS - Soul Summoner (mainly got off the wall stuff for this)
PS5 - Demon's Souls Remake

Edit: I forgot about the Switch despite having more playing time in it than PS4 and Xbone combined. This one is kind of hard. Wife and I both have our own and play some stuff together on it. Mix of Splatoon and Mario Kart for us. This is pretty much our play together console.
