$11.00 on Steam.

The original Fable is one of my favorite games. I picked this up tonight and am loving it so far.

I picked it up last year for 360 and liked it.

Felt there was something wonky with the frame rate when I was walking through towns though. Might have just been a 360 issue

It's one of my favorite games of all time. Sort of what I wish the Zelda franchise was more like.

Well I wanted to be "good" but I didn't want to snitch on the cheating husband

Things have changed. I'm training to fight now, and I found a tattoo in a bookshelf. Oh and everyone I know is dead.

Few things. I really like the HUD. Nice and concise but very informative and fits in perfectly with the game. Fighting is fun with the spacebar-locking and the combos with right click

I'm in the guild playing around and I've done several things - killed beetles, beat Whisper twice and got an A+ and a Kitana, did a footrace to the Demon's Door which took a few tries because I'm not a pro at kb/m, and a few other things. But i can't do a real save yet. Guess I have to finish the training but I've been exploring. Gonna leave it on and go to bed. Oh well

i loved this game.

Can still do the magic armor on the constant respawning skeletons trick to completely level out.

this feels like a series of games ahead of their time that younger generations will never be able experience the same way we did.

I'm ready for the new one to come out, but I don't think it is quite aimed at the same experience as Fable 1 & 2 (3 was flawed but I still enjoyed it)

I also don't see any future generations going through all the quality of life downgrades that you had to deal with in these games that modern games don't have. the menus were terrible.

was gonna start a new thread discussing the games but figured I might as well use the search function.

That's a helluva bump.

Fable 1 was in my OG XBox Mount Rushmore, along with Mercenaries, Crimson Skies & Halo.
